Juan is very personable, conscientious, knows his trees and his price was reasonable. He's got a great crew working with him, especially Gilbert and they do a good job cleaning up. Flores Tree Service is the best we've ever found and we can't recommend Juan enough.

More particularly, we applaud the technical competence and work ethic of Juan's crew as evidenced by their skillful use of block and tackle to facilitate removing a very large unhealthy oak tree overhanging a neighbors house, and thereafter, how they literally ran non-stop up and down a steep slope hauling away the several resulting tons of huge logs on their shoulders.

Juan and his team did a perfect job of removing my redwood tree on the curb of my house. They also dug out and grinded the roots in the lawn. Cleanup was perfect and the finished product of the tree stump looks great too. Nothing could have gone better. And they did all this on the hottest day of the year. I would recommend them as they are fairly priced and do a great job. I will call them with any future tree needs.

We really recommend Flores Tree Service.  First of all, Juan came out promptly and gave us an estimate in writing, itemizing the work to be done, on the spot.  He seemed very knowledgeable and had a suggestion about how to save a tree other arborists were recommending to just cut down.  His price was very reasonable.  When he did the work, he and his crew were very professional and courteous. They were careful about trying not to injure other plants. They worked quickly and efficiently and did an excellent job. They left the yard perfectly clean. I would definitely hire them again.

I can guarantee you will not find a better solution to any tree problem you have than these guys.  It is rare to find such ethical, honest, and hard working people these days, and Juan rises above all the rest.

Responded to my online quote request in under an hour, by phone, and was at my house for an estimate within 2 hours, amazing. (just look at his response time and rate here on yelp! An Hour... 100%.. that's not possible.. its simply not possible.. how does he do it?!)

Not only did I have a good feeling while speaking with him (an important thing to take into consideration) but he also gave me the lowest bid on a removing an entire large liquid amber oak tree, lower than anyone else could even get close too. (in fact, the other companies thought I was lying.. basically saying "shut up. Not possible. That Low? You're lying."  I could only shrug... step up, guys.)

What really did it for me was that he arrived prepared.  Had a printout of his insurance policy, and a printout with all the information i could possibly need, upon which he wrote out a quote right there on the spot.   Another company wanted me to email them for a quote (mind you, he was standing right in front of me...) and another simply slid a card under my door, then messaged me on yelp "saw the tree."  ... What?   good for you.. you came to my house, saw my tree, went home and sent me a message on yelp.   Crikey people, you shouldn't function in your daily life like you do on instagram.. grow up, you're businessmen, not businessboys.

When it came time to remove the tree, all my concerns were listened too, taken care of, and the whole job was done insanely quick, efficient, clean, and professional.

I'd put my word on this man and his company, all good people, and that's what counts the most.

Juan and his crew were great. They trimmed 5 trees on my property, and walked me around to review the finished result, cutting additional branches as we talked about growth and shade. I will be calling them again in the spring to do an additional cleanup as the trees begin to fill out.

My family used Juan's services recently and have been very pleased with his work.  Juan and his team are informative, and knowledgable about tree cutting.  One one visit they removed two dying oaks, plus removed dead fronds from three palm trees all in one day's work.  The arrive promptly, got right to work, and on both occasions that I used them, finished the jobs on time.  Juan is especially polite, and always returned my calls and emails.   His rates were very reasonable, and beat some of the specialists who have glossy ads and websites. I would definitely use Flores Tree Service in the future.

Juan is reliable, very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. He made sure I was satisfied with his service and several times during the job double checked before taking all trees out. The concern was because the tree and all smaller trees and plants were in front of the house.
Thus, his attention to detail and satisfaction to the client.

Looking for price, I  called several companies to get a bid for the job. Juan was very clear in the amount of time needed for the job and his bid was very fair. He is also bonded and insured which is extremely important to me.

I'm not sure how he does it, but he responds almost immediately and made it out for an estimate right away.  They did amazing work, were clean and quick and professional!  We would highly recommend them to anyone.  In fact, we are having them come out to do more work and will be using them for our tree maintenance moving forward!

We called Flores Tree service on Thursday afternoon. I spoke with Juan and told him we had 5 pine trees that had recently died. He was able to meet me at our home in half an hour to look at the job and give us an estimate. In addition to the pines we had three other trees that needed shaping. Juan quoted a price and told us he would be able to do the work the next day. He and his crew arrived at 8:30 Friday morning and the job was completed by 3:00 p.m.  The crew was efficient and professional and they left the job site extremely clean.

We are also having construction done and that crew commented on how good Juan's crew was. We highly recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience with Flores Tree Service and highly recommend them.   I had a large branch overhanging my driveway and blocking delivery trucks.     I contacted Juan via Yelp and received a quick response.  While I was at work, Juan was able to view the tree (as it is on the street) and provided me with a very reasonable estimate.   Without me having to miss work, they were able to cut the tree in a very competent manner and bill me by email.
